I think that our lift was one of the first lifts installed under Jason & Julie Coe’s management of Masterlifts. We organised our own builder to install the lift shaft and the communication between them and Masterlifts was excellent. It needed to be as the location we had meant that the installation had to be millimetre perfect. Despite a few little hiccups, the lift was installed very close to the promised delivery date and we are very happy with the outcome.
The staff at Masterlifts were very good and tried hard to keep the disruption to our lives at a minimum. Our reasons for choosing Masterlifts were:
(a) they are a local company and can provide after sales services and maintenance very quickly.
(b) the lift that they provided suited our needs as it is simple, compact and robust and to date has proven to be reliable.
(c) the product provided in our view was good value for money.
