How long does it take to install a stairlift or chair lift?
For straight staircases, installation and handover is usually completed within 5-7 hours Curved stairlifts can take one to two days as everything is custom made and precision fitted. However, our friendly technicians will advise you on the timeframe prior to installation.
Will the stairlift (chair lift) work during a power outage?
Yes. All our stairlifts are battery-powered and will continue to operate during blackouts.
What if I have a narrow staircase?
The Savaria K2 is one of the slimmest stairlifts available and is suitable for even the slimmest of staircases.
If I install a stairlift, will my family still be able to use the stairs?
Yes! All of our stairlift models can be folded up after use which leaves plenty of room for others to walk up and down the stairs safely.
Do your stairlifts come with a warranty?
